This video will you show you everything you need to know before you start planking! Planking is an amazing exercise that will give you flat stomach, strong core muscles and improve your posture! If you do it every day for only 5-10 minutes your body will be ready for summer in no time 🙂
I will show you couple of my favourite beginners planks, what are the most common mistakes, and how to avoid them.
I will be posting more planking videos in the future, so you can follow the videos as you progress to higher difficulty!
