that was kinda fail.. you need to go lower, and to ur chest not neck.. and stand up.. sitting down makes it a shoulder press..

@scotty2hotty240193 it only becomes an issue when you drop the bar right down. The way he's doing it, is the correct way, and is safe.
that's strong but in front of you is harder, from the back you rexruit more muscles, front military presses harder
