i been doing it for three weeks and have almost completed it. did you get any result of before and after doing this?
I've been following Blogilates' calendars for three months now. I haven't lost a lot of fat, but I feel much stronger and toned! I haven't done any diet, so this may be a key… I think it's great to get stronger with more defined muscles and so on, but some extra cardio may be needed to loose fat fast.
